Heather - Treatment Coordinator
Heather began her career at Pewaukee Dental in the summer of 2000 with a background in dental customer service and insurance. As the treatment coordinator, Heather is responsible for treatment planning, insurance coordination as well as monitoring daily functions of the office. She manages and organizes all charitable contributions and community outreach. Heather can assist you with any questions regarding finances or treatment as well as any additional concerns that you may have.
Jessica - Lead Hygienist
Jessica has been practicing dental hygiene since graduating from Waukesha County Technical College in 2005. Jessica is a very knowledgeable and thorough hygienist with a soothing demeanor that truly helps patients relax. She provides each and every patient with boundless compassion and the best possible care; she is also excellent at educating her patients on how to keep their teeth and gums in great health. She attends many seminars and continuing education courses to ensure that she is up to date on the latest dental procedures, protocols and products. Robyn - Dental Hygienist
Robyn graduated from Waukesha County Technical College in 2006 and has been practicing her love for dental hygiene ever since. Dental hygiene has allowed her to build lasting relationships with patients and members of the dental community. Robyn keeps up to date with the most cutting edge clinical skills by attending continuing education seminars. The most rewarding and inspirational part of her job is seeing beautiful smiles and overall health in her patients after providing oral hygiene care.
Kay - Financial Coordinator
Kay is our financial coordinator who has been with us since 2008. She has extensive experience in customer relations and services. Utilizing these skills and her knowledge of the front office, she dedicates herself to making sure the total experience within the office is pleasant and efficient. Her background in benefits also allows her to help each and every one of our patients with understanding their dental insurance plans and payment options. Kay can assist you with any of your questions regarding finances and scheduling in the office.
Emily - Dental Assistant
Emily joined the Pewaukee Dental team in 2007 and has more than 10 years of dental assisting experience. She brought with her a unique patience and understanding that comes from working in Pedodontics (children), Endodontics (root canal therapy) and Oral Surgery to assist Dr. Mike in the treatment rooms. Her infectious laughter gives the office an upbeat atmosphere, patients love her enthusiasm and our team loves her helpful attitude and dedication.
Natalie - Dental Assistant
After graduating from Waukesha North High School, Natalie trained to dental assist as well as run the office sterilization. Her outgoing personality and caring nature helps our patients, even the most fearful, relax and feel comfortable during their treatment. She will be at your side while Dr. Mike is improving your dental health. Natalie also has a desire to learn the latest advancements in dental care and technology along with her continued dedication to expanding her knowledge of dentistry it makes her a true asset to our patients and our team.
Lynn- Office Manager
Lynn brings over 30 years of experience to our team. Trained as a dental practice management consultant, practice administrator and dental hygienist. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. Lynn has a passion for team dynamics and has created a synergy in the office that continues to generate a sense of trust and long-term commitment among our employees and patients. Lynn works to promote a great work environment and shares Dr. Mike’s goal to provide the best service and care for you, our patient.
Jodi - Dental Assistant
Jodi is the newest addition to our office. She is very excited to join a team that offers exceptional care and such a passionate attitude with our patients. She previously studied biology at Grand Valley State before going into dentistry but now has over 12 years of experience in the dental field. By attending continuing education seminars Jodi strives to ensure that her patients understand the treatment options that are presented to them at all times. Her soft spoken demeanor ensures that our patients are comfortable while her professionalism guarantees each of our patients receive the best care possible. She enjoys getting to know patients and wants to know how she can help you have a positive dental experience.
